Bradley Garth Horrocks was born August 10, 1959. To Garth and the late Joye Horrocks of Vernal, Utah. He is the only boy with 3 sisters.
As a young boy Brad loved to go hunting with his dog Tasha. Tasha would do anything Brad asked and was ferociously protective of him. Brad enjoyed sking at the local ski resort Grizzly Ridge.

Brad graduated from Uintah High School in 1976.

After high school Brad attended Utah State University 

where he was set up with the love of his life Susan Hacking. They married August 15, 1979?
